CVUSD parents, guardians, and students are invited to provide their invaluable input by completing the 2026 K12 School Quality Survey by February 20. Together, we will continue to address critical school and district priorities in an effort to nurture our positive school environments. Your honest feedback is vital to our success!

Kindergarten Registration for the 26-27 school year begins in January. Siblings of current students can register on January 22, 2026, from 12:00 to 3:30 pm. All other registrations will begin on January 29, 2026, from 12:00 to 3:30 pm. After those dates, registrations are by appointment only. Registration on the 22nd or 29th is first come, first served if you have all the required documents, including online registration. Click the link below for the list.

We believe that communication between home and school is necessary to guarantee the best possible education for our students. The weekly community newsletter is sent home via Aeries Communication every Saturday at 11:30 am and published on the website.

School starts promptly at 8:00 am for all students. Kindergarten releases at 11:30 am Monday-Friday. Jr. High students release at 2:40 pm, and students in 1st to 6th grade release at 2:50 pm. Every Thursday is a minimum day and all students release at 11:30 am. Please see the calendar for other scheduled minimum days that occur throughout the year.
